Unbounded by musical convention and genre classification, Mango Alley turns to the work of Kriece. A global presence among the brightest stars in the DJ firmament has seen Kriece's work reach the turntables of James Zabiela and Sasha on imprints such as Renaissance and Saved Records.

Taking audio cues from the halcyon days of progressive house, not long after the birth of the new millennium, Kriece's "Morning Star" bristles with the melodic vibrancy. Sonically rich motifs prick the airwaves like stars in the bright, early morning sky. The stratified palette of colours as the sun rises over the horizon echoing the broadening, textured layers of beats and soundscapes as science meets nature in glorious harmony.

Typically innovative in his approach, Dibby Dougherty has travelled the world picking up support from such luminaries as John Digweed and Richie Hawtin. Momentous in scope and vision, the sounds of the universe are encapsulated in Dougherty's remix through fizzing radio telescopic textures, before a vast pulsating bass line and metronomic beat bring cosmic energy into phase with dark menacing verve and tenacity.

Sunamount reprises his debut appearance on Mango Alley with a sublime offering here. Shifts in percussive patterns are anticipated by the human subconscious as the sun refracts its prismatic light across a soundstage studded with variations on a melodic theme.

Echoes of the past recede into the dwindling night sky as a bright new dawn glistens over an expanding and illuminated horizon.
