about

Fresh from the frozen north, Movement Machina returns to familiar Alleys with a post-industrial sonic smorgasbord where cooling towers and the Suvilahti gasholders light an innovative path. A "Cartel" of competing sounds collude to dominate the techno marketplace in scintillating fashion. Metallic beats and crystalline sounds puncture the airwaves as a post-industrial landscape buzzes and fizzes with energy and steam-powered white noise effects.

A bright new energy glistens from Luxembourg as Chook takes on the "Cartel". Machine-like rhythms dance in hypnotic patterns. Raw power bristles through the land of the red rocks as cavernous bassline and seismic kick rock the foundations of Cockerill Mine. Regeneration and innovation transform into the ultra-modern. An industrial seaport provides Hannes Wiehager with the concrete underpinnings to transform "Cartel" into a new dominant force. Familiar refrains transcend into rolling rhythms and towering sonic edifice as new melodic touches add beautiful juxtaposition that ripples alongside the water's edge.
